Return Policy

Incorrect Item Shipped: If we send you an incorrect item we will gladly replace it with the item you originally ordered.  However, this will require return of the incorrect item, unused and in perfect condition.  Do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. 

Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to The Center for Nutritional Medicine. within 24 hours of receipt.  We will contact UPS for a visual inspection of the merchandise and box.  We will then replace the item or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Change your mind: 
If you decide to return a product for any other reason, the merchandise must be returned unopened in resalable condition.  Merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense.
